Those Sassy Cows 2005

In July 2005, Anderson O'Brien Fine Art Gallery in Omaha, Ne presented a series called Those Sassy Cows.

Excerpt from the Artist's Statement:

My subject is cows. Not the gentle, passive type of cow which the term bovine often implies, but rather cows with attitude. The cows I paint are frisky and half wild. They're range cows, like the ones I knew when I was growing up on a cattle ranch in the Sandhills.
